ABOUT
The city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico is one of the few lucky cities in North America that will get to experience the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. It's beautiful scenery, warm sunny weather, and Pacific port make it a prime destination to watch the Eclipse. The city is expecting many tourists and wants to give locals a special experience that is both enjoyable and accessible for everyone! We have planned and designed an all-day festival experience on Crestón Island and the Port of Mazatlán that features safety, education, culture, and most of all enjoyment! The theme of our festival is fighting to find your light in the darkness, with our name being Mazatlán Renacido (Mazatlán Reborn).
